“After that first year, I moved into my own apartment and developed a routine that would carry me through the rest of university. Every year consisted of school, a rotating door of part-time jobs, and as much writing as I possibly could fit into my schedule. At this time, I’d also developed the idea for Verucamag, a publication I planned to run while studying, with the caveat that I could get it fully up-and-running once I graduated.”
